In Short

  • We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our growing sales team.
  • This is a quota-carrying role focused on selling into regulated industries with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Leverage outbound prospecting and ABM campaigns.
  • Structured SPICED sales methodology is preferred.
  • Ideal candidates are organized self-starters who thrive in metrics-driven environments.
  • Must be proficient in Gong and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
  • High drive and a track record of exceeding quota are essential.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close for mid-market accounts.
  • Generate pipeline through targeted outreach and ABM campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise.
  • Proven success selling into regulated industries (healthcare, human services, government, etc.).
  • Track record of building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Mastery of a structured sales methodology (SPICED experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated Gong and Salesforce expertise.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • High resilience and drive.
  • Stay current on regulatory drivers and trends in healthcare and human services.
  • Deliver accurate 90-day forecasts with minimal variance.
  • Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
