Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Radicle Health, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, driving product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities through upselling and renewals.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.

  • Maximize product value and sell add-on services.
  • Manage the renewal process for assigned customers.
  • Achieve net revenue retention targets.
  • Attend industry-related promotional events.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
  • Proven success in meeting portfolio goals.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities across a product portfolio.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • SalesForce or other CRM experience.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record software is a plus.
