Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at SmartRecruiters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption for our U.S.-based clients.

In Short

  • Work collaboratively within the GTM organization to achieve revenue targets.
  • Assume responsibility for product adoption and customer education.
  • Deliver customer success services at scale for mid-market customers.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to leverage product innovations.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Provide best practice recommendations and connect customers with resources.
  • Support Account Managers in the contract renewal process.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling.
  • Conduct customer health checks using data insights.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a B2B client-facing role.
  • Technical acumen in SaaS implementation and adoption.
  • Domain expertise in recruitment and talent management.
  • Strong data literacy and understanding of TA metrics.
  • Proven track record in managing escalations and resolutions.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce and Workday preferred.
