As a Solutions Architect focused on the SmartRecruiters Talent Acquisition Suite, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of all core modules and innovative solutions.

• Help shape and deliver strategy for SmartRecruiters Talent Acquisition Suite.
• Possess deep technical skills in B2B SaaS products and HR/recruiting processes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Target mid-market and enterprise customers across Northern Europe.
• Work remotely while being based on the west coast/central zone of North America.
• Assist with technical and implementation conversations.
• Document pre-sales findings for customer experience improvement.
• Partner with account executives in the technical sale process.
• Scope services engagements for enterprise prospects.
• Provide creative technical solutions for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution consulting/sales engineering experience.
• Experience with SaaS Enterprise solutions preferred.
• Consistent over-achievement in past experiences.
• Driven, adaptable, and possess great communication skills.
• Technically adept, experienced with HCM technologies preferred.
