Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Didask, you will bridge the gap between our customers' complex learning needs and our product capabilities. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our most strategic clients achieve maximum value from our platform, while bringing valuable insights back to shape our product roadmap.

Requirements

• Profound understanding of learning platforms or similar SaaS products.
• Strong technical background with ability to understand platform architecture.
• Outstanding written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving customer challenges.
• Understanding of how learning technology creates business value.
• Thrives in a transparent, written-first environment.
• Comfortable with distributed ownership and taking initiative.
