The role involves defining and deploying the event and partnership strategy to generate business opportunities for sales.

In Short

  • Design and implement an event strategy aligned with brand awareness and lead generation goals.
  • Manage the entire cycle of webinars and events including topic definition, coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal experts, clients, and partners to produce high-quality event content.
  • Ensure impactful experiences throughout the funnel to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Identify and activate strategic partnerships to co-create high-value events.
  • Measure and optimize the performance of partnership initiatives.
  • Strengthen and A/B test promotional actions to optimize participant volume.
  • Implement processes and tools to industrialize and optimize event production.
  • Define and track precise KPIs for participation and engagement.
  • Transform events into content leverage (replays, articles, case studies).

Requirements

  • Senior experience (4-5 years) in B2B event management, partnership marketing, or lead generation.
  • Excellent storytelling skills to captivate audiences.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven capabilities.
  • Highly organized and structured to manage multiple projects.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity to propose innovative formats.
