Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Architect will guide implementations of Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation tools, providing expert consultation across a variety of clients and influencing technical outcomes.

In Short

• Lead implementation of CRM, CDP, and Marketing Automation systems.
• Recognize and recommend technological solutions for business challenges.
• Provide specifications for internal technical teams.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in client meetings.
• Support marketing analytics and reporting.
• Understand user journeys and marketing messaging.
• Design MarTech stacks from scratch.
• Optimize clients’ existing marketing programs.

Requirements

• Experience with Segment, Rudderstack, or similar CDPs.
• Technical experience with Lifecycle marketing tools like Braze or Klaviyo.
• Proficient in JSON or SQL/data modeling.
• Experience with reverse ETL tools like Hightouch.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Shopify or Magento.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong team player with a friendly attitude.
• Understanding of marketing attribution.
