Overview

The Solutions Architect at Apply Digital will guide the implementation of Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation tools, providing expert consultation to clients and influencing their technical outcomes.

• Lead implementations for CRM, CDP, and Marketing Automation systems.
• Recognize opportunities to solve business challenges through technology.
• Provide specifications for internal technical teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in client communications.
• Support marketing analytics and reporting.
• Understand user journeys and marketing messaging.
• Design entire MarTech stacks from scratch.
• Optimize clients' existing lifecycle programs.
• Work with various MarTech tools and platforms.
• Collaborate in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Requirements

• Experience with cross-platform technical requirements in MarTech.
• Familiarity with CDPs like Segment, Rudderstack, or mParticle.
• Technical experience in lifecycle marketing tools.
• Understanding of marketing attribution and data auditing.
• Proficient in JSON, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with reverse ETL tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Shopify or Magento is a plus.
