Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Architect will work closely with customers to design solutions addressing their business challenges, utilizing the AVX ONE platform for certificate lifecycle management.

In Short

• Design solutions for customer business challenges.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on onboarding plans.
• Define strategic account plans to drive platform adoption.
• Act as the first point of escalation for customer issues.
• Guide customers through technical challenges to maximize value.
• Organize customer events and training sessions.
• Engage in discussions that lead to sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with product management on enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with knowledge of PKI and Cryptography.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with business and technical prospects.
• Ability to propose unconventional solutions.
• Goal-oriented and persistent.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows.
• Familiarity with Cloud, ADCs, Virtualization, and Python.
