Overview

The Customer Success Design Architect at AppViewX is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enhance customer onboarding and promote product adoption, ensuring customers derive maximum value from AppViewX's offerings.

• Design solutions for customer cryptographic asset management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges.
• Conduct adoption workshops to educate customers on best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor for technical project challenges.

• Participate in roadmap planning with product and engineering teams.
• Minimum 6 years in a technical architectural design role.
• Strong domain knowledge in PKI and associated technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and server management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a technical architectural design role.
• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• 1+ year in a senior role.
• Domain knowledge in PKI, SSH, DNS, and cryptographic standards.
• Experience with Certificate Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and server technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• CISSP / CISM / CISA preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
