The Customer Success Architect (CSA) is a highly strategic position designed to provide unparalleled value to our customers by aligning our platform with their unique business objectives and driving long-term success.

In Short

  • Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives.
  • Guide customers using GitLab platform best practices.
  • Understand the customer journey for future adoption guidance.
  • Act as liaison for GitLab questions, issues, or escalations.
  • Own a book of assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and growth.
  • Stay knowledgeable on GitLab releases.
  • Provide onboarding activities for new customers.
  • Build Customer Success Plans with assigned customers.
  • Program manage account escalations.
  • Support identifying training opportunities for GitLab Services.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Git and branching strategies.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of continuous integration and deployment.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success.
  • Experience defining and achieving business outcomes with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Alignment with company values.
