In Short

• Act as a Trusted Technical Advisor for customers.
• Define and communicate technical success criteria for customers.
• Develop Technical Success Plans tailored to customer goals.
• Collaborate with account teams to drive consumption of Elastic solutions.
• Identify and eliminate technical frictions for smoother adoption.
• Foster ongoing customer relationships to increase utilization.
• Review and assess customer consumption proactively.
• Work closely with customers to align solutions with business objectives.
• Contribute to growing annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong social skills for relationship building.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
