Overview

The Customer Success Architect at dbt Labs is responsible for ensuring customers derive maximum value from their dbt Cloud deployment, collaborating with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects to enhance customer satisfaction and drive renewals and expansions.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders.
• Educate customers on new and existing products.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects.
• Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Create and deliver external content through various mediums.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a post-sales role or as a data practitioner.
• Solid technical background in data warehousing and SQL.
• Comfort presenting to various stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a desire to improve processes.
• Willingness to travel for relationship building.
