Overview

The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) at Contrast Security plays a vital role in ensuring successful implementation and deployment of licenses, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting renewals. This position focuses on helping customers realize the full value of Contrast's security solutions while fostering long-term partnerships.

• Serve as the primary technical lead during the post-sales process.

Requirements

• Experience in post-sales or customer success roles in enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of application security and DevSecOps.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of security solutions like SAST, DAST, and security frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as required.
• Experience with account managers and supporting renewals.
• Background in application security or consulting.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems.
