• Design and develop world-class, customer-facing learning programs
• Define the core curriculum strategy
• Align learning initiatives with business objectives
• Develop and maintain technical training content
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date
• Collaborate cross-functionally for effective training content
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate learning programs
• Champion continuous improvement in training experiences
• Become a recognized expert on Contrast Products

Requirements

• Exceptional oral presentation and communication skills
• Capacity to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Superior project management skills
• Strong prioritization skills
• Proactive self-starter with a bias for action
• Minimum of 8 years in the technology industry
• Experience in building and delivering technical training
• Proven experience in designing training content
• Technical background in application security or DevOps
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
