Overview

FuboTV is seeking an experienced Director of Customer Care to lead the customer support team and enhance customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

In Short

  • Lead customer support team and drive exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service operations.
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and quality assurance.
  • Conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices.
  • International travel required (~25%).
  • Leverage data for process improvement opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of contact center management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contact-center operational procedures.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire employees.
  • Experience handling critical issues calmly.
  • Available to work irregular hours including holidays.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
