Overview

Join ModMed as a Director of Customer Success to lead and grow the India Customer Success team, focusing on enhancing operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced Healthcare IT environment.

In Short

  • Manage teams within Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Client Education, and Operations.
  • Oversee performance-based metrics for each team, including CSAT and NPS.
  • Proactively hire, mentor, develop, and performance-manage across the department.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Maintain working knowledge of client industry, product, and market landscape.
  • Collaborate with Senior Vice President on organizational goals and strategic plans.
  • Oversee financial and operational planning.
  • Adapt US processes and SOPs for the India CS Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role at an enterprise B2B software company.
  • Preferred experience in Healthcare Tech and team building in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent English, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution capabilities.
  • Proven leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive team dynamic.
  • Ability to accept and give constructive feedback.
