In Short

  • Build and maintain relationships with mid-market & enterprise accounts.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to drive successful implementation.
  • Be the voice of the clients and internal focal point for client needs.
  • Own client communications and account operations.
  • Track and manage accounts with specific KPIs on Hubspot CRM.
  • Participate in product cycles and roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing mid-size & enterprise accounts in Digital health.
  • 3+ years in managerial positions.
  • Project management experience in customer onboarding.
  • Experience managing customer renewal processes with high retention rates.
  • Experience deploying population health solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • 50% travel required based on business needs.
  • Technical background is an advantage.
  • Sales experience is an advantage.
