Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven ability to manage key enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
