In Short

• Lead all software quality efforts, including product design, automated and manual testing.
• Participate in product design to ensure quality is built in from the start.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Implement quality control processes for AI-driven features.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and workflows.
• Oversee the release process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Define and track quality metrics for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary quality assurance liaison to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
• Proven success in leading end-to-end software quality efforts.
• Strong technical understanding of automated testing.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
