In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to validate features, report issues, and ensure our apps and services meet the highest quality standards.

In Short

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test features and report issues clearly and efficiently.
• Execute manual test cases and support the development of automated tests across mobile and backend platforms.
• Validate features during sprints and contribute to regression and exploratory testing cycles.
• Document bugs and test results in Jira with clarity and context.
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to provide a QA perspective.
• Support QA team initiatives to improve test coverage and reduce bug leakage.
• Use tools like Firebase, Datadog, and Postman to validate backend behavior, error rates, and app stability.
• Follow and contribute to QA processes across the product lifecycle.
