The Quality Assurance Engineer at GROW Inc. will focus on improving the QA process, building self-service testing platforms, and advocating for best practices in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in testing complex applications.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language (Typescript preferred).
• Experience in UI and API test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and microservices.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Experience with AWS and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform).
• Strong initiative and accountability in engineering roles.
