Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) ensures Nextech products meet high standards of quality and functionality, playing a critical role in driving product excellence.

In Short

• Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing of Nextech products in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to enhance product quality.
• Create and maintain accurate test plans and cases.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues/bugs.
• Document and follow up on bugs/issues during the testing process.
• Analyze test results and communicate resolutions.
• Assist other departments with product-related questions.
• Recommend continuous process improvements.
• Stay current with software quality assurance best practices.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in technical or QA field.
• Proven work experience in software test engineering.
• Ability to manage and execute test cases using test management tools.
• Experience in Java and C#.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Eagerness for learning and staying updated.
• Ability to implement test plans and test cases.
