Overview

The Inside Sales Manager at Nextech is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging existing customers, processing orders, and leveraging upsell opportunities while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Deliver presentations and demos of add-on products.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts.
  • Manage the sales cycle from proposal to close.
  • Negotiate proposals and final terms.

  • Conduct account analysis to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Pursue marketing-generated leads.
  • Attend trade shows for lead generation.
  • Facilitate client transitions to hosted solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to influence and secure sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsive and flexible self-starter.
  • Capable of working autonomously.
  • Effective collaboration with all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • At least 3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with CRM software.
