Overview

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Inside Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support Genetec’s channel-centric go-to-market strategy.

In Short

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
  • Set performance expectations, KPIs, and development plans
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Ensure the team meets pipeline quotas and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers
  • Monitor inside sales metrics and present performance data
  • Work with Marketing to optimize lead distribution
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Coordinate with Finance & Operations for pricing approvals

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience managing a sales region
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Strong onboarding skills for new team members
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and B2B sales processes
  • Skilled in analyzing pipeline and performance metrics
  • Ability to work effectively across departments
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
