Consultants, Designers and Engineers Manager - Remote

Overview

Genetec is seeking a senior professional to lead and grow our Consulting, Design, and Engineering (CDE) Program for the UK & Ireland. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with security consultants and design engineers, enabling them with Genetec solutions, and building a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities.

In Short

• Lead consultant enablement and specification efforts across UK&I.
• Develop and deliver enablement strategies for consultants and design engineers.
• Influence early design stages of projects for Genetec's technology.
• Engage key stakeholders throughout the value chain.
• Represent Genetec at industry forums and security expos.
• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with security consulting firms.
• Align with sales and marketing to integrate CDE efforts.
• Provide market intelligence to shape regional positioning.
• Present business proposals and product demonstrations to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 5-10 years experience in Consultancy and Enterprise Sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and projects.
• Willingness to travel.
