  • Hiring first Inside Sales Manager to build and own the inside sales motion.
  • Focus on converting inbound provider leads and expanding into new markets.

  • Design systems to qualify high-intent inbound leads at scale.
  • Leverage automation tools to optimize time management.

  • Collaborate with RevOps on routing logic and reporting infrastructure.
  • Share insights with leadership to define scaling strategies.
  • Open to NYC-based or remote candidates.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of inside sales experience, preferably in health-tech or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in building tools or workflows for scaling.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous environments and building from scratch.
  • Familiarity with automation and creative outreach methods.
  • Passionate about Nourish’s mission in healthcare.
