Overview

The Inside Sales Manager at Nextech is responsible for driving revenue through customer engagement, upselling, and managing the sales cycle while collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless transitions and compliance with regulations.

In Short

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Engage customers with presentations and demos of add-on products.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Manage the sales cycle from proposal to close.
  • Negotiate terms and issue proposals within guidelines.
  • Collaborate with client success and account management teams.
  • Conduct account analysis to find additional sales opportunities.
  • Pursue marketing-generated leads for inside sales.
  • Represent the company at trade shows.
  • Facilitate client transitions to hosted solutions.
