We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve ambitious sales targets and business growth within the correctional market.

In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Reps.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Utilize various coaching techniques.
  • Create and implement sales strategies.
  • Ensure reps are selling the full portfolio of products.
  • Drive CRM usage for managing relationships.
  • Train and reinforce the company’s sales process.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the foodservice equipment industry.
  • At least 2 years of sales management experience.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to drive results through strategic thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
