Overview

As the Product Marketing Manager for Aesthetics, you will serve as the segment expert for Nextech’s Aesthetics specialties, deeply understanding buyer needs, challenges, and priorities across these markets.

In Short

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Aesthetics segment.
• Own Aesthetics-specific positioning and messaging.
• Partner with product-focused Product Marketing Managers and Product.
• Deliver Product Marketing inputs for assigned launches.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Sales Enablement.
• Own win/loss insights for the Aesthetics segment.
• Contribute to enablement audits.
• Monitor market and competitive trends impacting Aesthetics practices.
• Support strategic market moments.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product marketing experience.
• Experience working with a SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
