Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Nextech’s healthcare solutions to physician practices, managing the full sales lifecycle and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Lead the full sales cycle within the 1-4 physician specialty market segment.
  • Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Conduct qualification and discovery to assess client needs.
  • Build trusted partnerships with prospects and clients.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations to physicians and staff.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Travel overnight to assigned territories as needed.
  • Prepare and present tailored price proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms within Nextech guidelines.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads and track actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to overcome objections.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to partner with peers.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% for trade shows and practice visits.
