Regional Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

The Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM) primary responsibility is to meet/exceed the company’s sales goals within the assigned territory.

In Short

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Contribute to team practices and suggestions.
• Utilize computer-based management systems to track activities.
• Complete activity reports and deliver business reviews.
• Assist with trade shows and company sales meetings.
• Work with surgeons for presentations and case studies.
• Remain current in accreditation requirements.
• Assist with project team activities as assigned.
• Coordinate hospital product approval processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to concept sell novel products.
• Success in a start-up environment.
• Customer and account profiling ability.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong professional references.
• Entrepreneurial orientation and self-directed.
