Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of Residential Metal Roofing (RMR) within Metal Solutions, focusing on strategic planning and implementation.

  • Manage a team of 10-13 sales managers across a large geographic region.
  • Responsible for over $110M in sales with aggressive growth objectives.
  • Establish sales targets to align with company objectives.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to promote growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with business development to enhance project specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive a go-to-market strategy.
  • Integrate newly acquired companies into existing culture and processes.
  • Create a sales culture focused on exceptional customer service.
  • Drive performance through talent acquisition and development.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years in a sales leadership role, including executive experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technical product selling.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in executing strategy and delivering results.
  • Ability to influence leadership and adopt new ideas.
  • Remote office location acceptable, with frequent travel (approx. 60%).
