Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner – Supporting Sales teams providing strategic and hands-on HR support to sales leaders and teams across the U.S. and Canada. This role partners closely with leadership to strengthen organizational capability, drive performance, and enhance employee experience within a fast-paced sales environment.

• Support human capital initiatives aligned with business priorities.

• Execute core HR processes for assigned client groups.

• Assist with compensation activities and ensure alignment with company practices.
• Build relationships to support employee engagement and positive relations.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to share best practices.
• Track and report HR metrics for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in sales support.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.
