Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner – Sales provides strategic and hands-on HR support to sales leaders and teams across the U.S. and Canada, partnering closely with leadership to strengthen organizational capability and drive performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.
