The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic and hands-on HR support to sales leaders and teams across the U.S. and Canada, focusing on enhancing organizational capability and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in sales support.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Proven experience in employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.
