Field Clinical Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Field Clinical Specialist assists the Sales team, in an assigned territory, by providing technical, clinical and educational/training support.

In Short

• Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in patient selection and device utilization.
• Attends patient device implants and performs follow-ups.
• Provides education on product specifications.
• Responds to customer needs and product complaints.
• Supports sales representatives in identifying clinical needs.
• Ensures facilities have clinical literature and marketing collateral.
• Maintains knowledge of SPR products and competitive devices.
• May conduct in-person and remote training for healthcare personnel.
• Manages administrative tasks in Salesforce.
• Complies with corporate compliance requirements.

Requirements

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field.
• Experience working with patients in a clinical environment.
• 3-5 years of related clinical support experience preferred.
• High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Flexibility for work outside of normal hours.
