Field Clinical Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Field Clinical Specialist assists the Sales team, in an assigned territory, by providing technical, clinical and educational/training support.

In Short

• Serves as the primary resource for clinical support.
• Attends patient device implants and performs follow-up.
• Provides education on product specifications.
• Responds to customer needs and product complaints.
• Supports sales representatives in client meetings.
• Ensures facilities have clinical literature.
• Provides support for industry conferences.
• Maintains knowledge of products and competitive techniques.
• Manages administrative tasks using Salesforce.
• May assist with cases outside of assigned territories.

Requirements

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field.
• Experience working with patients in a clinical environment.
• 3-5 years of related clinical support experience preferred.
• Proven record of achievement in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to accept feedback for improvement.
• Flexibility for work outside of normal hours.
