Overview

The Field Clinical Specialist will support the use of the Layer 7 device in clinical research studies, providing technical support and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, neuroscience, or related field, or 7 years of clinical experience.
  • 2+ years in a field support role within a medical device company.
  • Understanding of neuroscience and basic neurosurgery concepts.
  • Familiarity with good clinical practice and FDA guidelines.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Preferred experience in neuromonitoring or patient care settings.
