Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Three years of clinical experience in hospitals.
• Experience as a trainer or instructor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Additional qualifications in Surgical Center or Infection Control preferred.
• Experience in process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of guidelines for safe surgical practices.
• Excellent written and public speaking skills.
• Ability to conduct training dynamics.
• Legal authorization to work in Brazil without sponsorship.
