Overview

The Medicare Policy Analyst at Solventum will utilize medical coding and clinical knowledge to develop software and data sets based on national and state medical coverage policies, contributing to better healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 4 years of healthcare experience, or High School Diploma with 8 years of experience.
• Experience in medical coding, billing, or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding practices.
• Understanding of medical terminology and common disease processes.
• Strong organization and data analysis skills.
• Ability to meet short-term deadlines.
• Experience with health information systems.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents.
• Registered Nurse (RN) experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
