Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue within an assigned territory by offering AutoAlert’s product suite of solutions to potential customers, enhancing their sales and operations functions.

In Short

  • Promote AutoAlert and its core products to create value for customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) system data.
  • Manage relationships with prospects through fact-finding and follow-ups.
  • Interact with decision-makers and cultivate lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and develop sales plans.
  • Travel to attend trade shows and company events as required.
  • Discuss ideas and status reports with management regularly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the automotive field.
  • 1+ year in automotive software/automotive vendor space selling to dealers.
  • Extensive data mining and CRM experience.
  • Track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong persuasive speaking skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing soft skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities.
