SetPoint Medical’s Regional Sales Manager will serve as a key commercial leader in launching and scaling the first-to-market, implantable bioelectronic device that targets the inflammatory reflex. This role offers a unique early-stage opportunity to help redefine the treatment paradigm for patients living with rheumatoid arthritis through a novel, non-pharmaceutical approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of medical device sales leadership experience.
• Strong track record leading teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience with reimbursement landscapes and payer strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Highly adaptable and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Preferred MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in neuromodulation or advanced therapeutic technologies.
