The Inside Sales Manager will be a founding team member responsible for building and scaling an outbound sales engine using modern B2B sales automation tools.

  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions and provide feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales and sales automation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales intelligence tools.
  • Ability to develop structured sales playbooks.
  • Strong data analysis and performance tracking skills.
  • Experience in hiring and training sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to iterate based on data and conversion metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Gong, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on sales experience.
