  • Conduct structured discovery calls to assess fit.
  • Achieve revenue targets through phone sales.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations to decision makers.
  • Use Gong for call reviews and messaging improvements.
  • Consistently meet outreach, meetings, and closed deals targets.
  • Attend regional and national conferences.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of outreach.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • High level of self-motivation and energy.
