In Short

  • This role is responsible for driving business growth and developing high-performing sales professionals.
  • Oversee consultative sales efforts to match clients with home care services.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team.
  • Lead by example, emphasizing active listening and clear communication.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze trends to drive revenue.
  • Conduct regular coaching and training for team members.
  • Manage day-to-day sales performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure effective usage of CRM and sales applications.
  • Maintain high employee engagement in a remote work environment.
  • Advocate for the services offered by the company.

Requirements

  • An understanding of the aging population and a passion for connecting them with support.
  • Proven ability to lead a high-volume sales environment.
  • Strong coaching skills for verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in home healthcare or senior care is beneficial.
  • 2+ years leading a quota-carrying inside sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching team members to exceed KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and make strategic decisions.
  • Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Remote leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
