In Short

• Guide families and clients through conversations about in-home, non-medical care.
• Connect with clients primarily by phone, email, chat, and text.
• Develop, implement, and improve sales playbooks and strategies.
• Engage with clients and meet outreach and conversion goals.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with quality and empathy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client commitments.
• Identify process gaps and propose strategy adjustments.
• Synthesize customer insights for sales leadership.
• Coach and mentor the team on findings and strategies.
• Meet or exceed individual sales metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience.
• Experience developing sales strategies.
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Empathetic communicator with confident sales execution.
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a plus.
