In Short

• Support and scale a fast-paced, remote-first workforce.
• Combine Mac administration, SaaS ownership, and automation.

• Provide end-user support across macOS, Windows, and SaaS platforms.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer macOS fleet using JAMF.
• Design and implement automation to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Identify opportunities for AI improvements in IT operations.
• Build and maintain documentation and internal knowledge bases.
• Partner with teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong experience managing macOS environments using JAMF.
• Proven ownership of SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Slack).
• Solid troubleshooting skills across endpoints and SaaS platforms.
• Experience automating IT workflows using AI-assisted tools.
• Systems-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability.
• Nice to have: JAMF certifications, experience in high-growth environments.
• Exposure to API integrations and building internal tools.
• Experience with AI workflows in IT contexts.

• Annual base salary range of $80,100 - $89,000.
