In Short

• Respond to high-volume Care Pro inquiries across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage HR escalations and issue resolution.
• Provide HR support and process ownership.
• Engage in strategic support and continuous improvement.
• Work in a remote position with a Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll and Compliance.
• Ensure compliance with government labor laws and regulations.
• Identify trends in CP concerns and drive process improvements.
• Maintain data accuracy in HRIS.
• Coach teams on best practices related to CP privacy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR.
• Bachelor’s degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solver with ability to work independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on weekends consistently.
• Flexibility to work at least one weekend day.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, systems, and protocols.
