Overview

We are seeking a full-time Systems Administrator to join our highly skilled team of IT professionals. This role will provide technical solutions and recommendations to our clients as well as our internal teams.

In Short

Support, remediate, and maintain client servers, workstations, and peripherals.
Perform preventive health care checks on clients’ computing environments.
Maintain client hardware and software solutions, including patching and upgrades.
Assist with the installation and configuration of servers, network, and workstation equipment.
Provide timely and effective troubleshooting support for clients.
Engage in a scheduled on-call rotation for technical support services.
Provide technical leadership and expertise to stakeholders.
Communicate technical issues and resolution plans clearly.
Drive to expand technical knowledge through learning and development.

Requirements

Professional experience and/or certifications in cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
Ability to administer and troubleshoot virtual environments and storage systems.
Experience with server hardware diagnostics and maintenance.
Proficient in managing Microsoft SharePoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
